Mobile Healthcare Units
EquaBridge’s Mobile Healthcare Units (MHUs) are currently being designed as licensed, vehicle-based primary and diagnostic care facilities intended to extend structured clinical services to underserved and low-infrastructure environments. Each unit is planned to integrate trained clinical personnel, point-of-care diagnostics and portable imaging within a digitally enabled care framework.
Subject to regulatory approvals and partnership agreements, the units are expected to incorporate digital X-ray, AI-assisted handheld ultrasound, point-of-care laboratory testing and telemedicine connectivity. Offline-capable electronic medical records are being designed to support continuity of care in settings with limited or intermittent connectivity.
The MHUs are conceived to operate in alignment with national health regulations and local licensing requirements, functioning as an extension of existing health systems rather than as a parallel structure. By reducing travel barriers and enabling earlier detection and referral pathways, the model aims to improve diagnostic access while strengthening primary care networks.
As part of EquaBridge’s broader integrated platform, the MHUs are intended to work in coordination with the CareConnect communication layer and the medical equipment supply and service division, supporting a scalable and system-oriented approach to decentralized healthcare delivery.
