CareConnect Platform

The CareConnect platform is being developed as a digital communication and triage layer designed to support healthcare delivery in low-infrastructure and multilingual settings. The platform is intended to facilitate patient–provider interaction, clinical triage and care navigation through AI-assisted communication tools adapted to low literacy environments and intermittent connectivity.

Subject to further development and regulatory alignment, CareConnect is designed to operate in offline or low-bandwidth conditions, enabling structured data capture and patient interaction even in remote areas. AI-assisted features are planned to support, but not replace, clinical decision-making, with human oversight embedded throughout the care process.

As part of EquaBridge’s integrated model, the CareConnect platform is intended to connect mobile healthcare units, fixed facilities and medical equipment workflows into a coordinated system, supporting continuity of care, operational efficiency and scalable deployment across emerging markets.
